The songs were written over a long period of time, "orange juice" goes back to the end of CBATFOW almost ten years ago, but most of the other songs are from the last year.

Bob usually writes on his laptop but resorts to pen and paper to put the finishing touches. Some lyrics were even written on the spot because he had to record the vocals and we couldn't wait any longer (the third verse in "i want everything" is a good example!).
